Noble Vines 181 Merlot 2014
181 is classic Merlot, offering softer tannins than Cabernet Sauvignon, but equal elegance and concentration. It opens with aromas of black cherry, vanilla and toasty spice. Fresh fruit flavors of currant and cherry mingle gently with spicy cedar and vanilla. The wine is supple in texture, full bodied, long and well-balanced on the palate, with a lingering finish. With a gentle balance of tannins and acidity, it is the perfect companion to pasta with sausage and roasted peppers or a pan seared steak with mushrooms and parsley.
19 Crimes Shiraz 2016Nineteen Crimes turned criminals into colonists. Upon conviction, British rogues, guilty of at least on of the 19 crmes, were sentenced to live in Australia, rather than death. This punishment by "transportaion" began in 1788 and man of the lawless died at sea. FOr the rough-hewn prisoners who made it to shore, a new world awaited. As pioneers in a frontier penal colony, they forged a new country and new lives, brick by brick. This wine celebrates the rules they broke and the culture they built.

Ernesto Catena Padrillos Malbec 2016
La Petite Perriere Pinot Noir 2015WINEMAKING The grapes are mechanically harvested in the middle of September. The 2015 vintage had lower yields, due to adverse climate conditions (heavy rains, a chilly spring, lack of sun and dry weather during the harvest time) and thus the growing cycle was delayed. However, these conditions give us a wine with excellent acidity. This vintage is well-balanced with intense aromatic richness. The Pinot Noir already offers silky tannins with a good ageing potential. TASTING NOTES Beautiful ruby color mingled with a garnet hue. On the nose, aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and blueberry. The palate is fleshy at point of entry then full, ample and generous, flowing into a crisp cherry-driven finish with an ultra fresh beading sensation. A mouth-filling wine offering up the generosity and typicity of a Pinot Noir that has just hit maturity.
Wolf Blass Blass Cabernet Sauvignon 2015It takes vision, talent and sheer determination to change the way the world thinks. In winemaking Wolfgang Blass AM went where no other had been before, changing the landscape of Australian wine forever. Inspired by this legacy, the winemakers of Blass skilfully create contemporary wines with the style and panache worthy of a legend. Blass Langhorne Creek Cabernet Sauvignon flaunts a complex black cassis bouguet, aromatic finesse and a soft, multi-layered palate. Savory blackcurrant, dark chocolate and regional leafy characters are supported by subtle top-notes of mint, blue gum and smoky black cedar. This is a supple, approachable wine finishing with fine, soft tannins.
