UPS handles all deliveries, and bottle insurance is included on all orders.
Wines of any size may be purchased for in-store pickup. Only .375ml, .500ml, .750ml, and in some cases (depending on bottle shape), 1.5 liter size bottles of wines can be shipped. No spirits may be shipped at this time. You may call in or email us your order for in-store pickup or local delivery.
Items represented on this site constitute only an offer to sell. Even after you have placed an order online, the sale is not complete until an employee of Bremer's Wine and Liquor has accepted and processed the order.
All orders, including orders designated for in-store pickup, must be paid in advance. No order will be considered complete until payment has been submitted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All credit card data is transmitted securely.
If, for any reason, you do not wish to place an order online, you may also order by phone at 315-768-6400, provided you have a legal form of ID.
All items shown on this website are believed to be in stock; however, because real-time data is not available, it is possible that a given item may be sold in our store during the time between data updates. For items marked as "limited quantity," your order may be delayed while we double check our stock and, if necessary, check with our distributors to locate additional inventory. In instances of older vintages and other rare bottles, we will do our best to fill your order but cannot be held responsible if an item is unobtainable at that time.
It takes approximately two to three business days to pull, assemble and process a typical order, including in-store pickups. If your order is time sensitive, please include a note in the comments field on the order confirmation page, or call us. All orders are confirmed by e-mail after they are submitted. You will be promptly notified by email of any unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping. During times of bad weather, we recommend using 2nd Day or Next Day shipping to avoid spoilage. A restocking or cancellation fee of 10% will apply to any cancelled order that has been processed.
Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.
All shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed. Shipping insurance is included in your price. If something is lost or broken, please inform us within two days and a call tag will be issued to pick up your original shipment at a chosen location; a new shipment will be sent once the merchandise has been returned.
Many states restrict or prohibit the shipment of wine. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. By placing an order with Bremer's Wine and Liquor the buyer acknowledges sole responsibility for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her. We do apologize for the inconvenience if your state laws prevent us from servicing your area (see the list of states we cannot ship to below). If we are unable to arrange shipment to you, you might wish to provide us with an alternate shipping address in a nearby state to enable you to make an online purchase.
Due to individual states laws on the shipment of alcohol we currently only ship within New York state. We are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes.
Shipping and Handling Costs
The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. If you would like to know the shipping cost to a particular area, please select your items and enter your zip code in the shopping cart. Prices of our wines do not include shipping/handling charges, which vary depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options.
The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. All customers must be 21 or older to order from our site and are required to prove that they are at least 21 years old at the time they place their first order. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. In the event we are unable to verify your age (for example, if you have a Canadian or other non-US address), you may submit proof of age via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please call us for instructions on how to submit your proof.
All wines that are shipped on your behalf must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age. We recommend you have your order shipped to your business address unless you can confirm that an adult of legal drinking age will be at your home to receive the shipment. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Rare Wine Policy
All rare wines sold at Bremer's Wine and Liquor have been acquired through licensed distributors or wholesalers at the time of initial release. No wine sold by Bremer's Wine and Liquor has been sourced through private collections or under any circumstances where we have not been the sole owner of the wine. Each bottle has been carefully inspected by our experts and is properly stored in our temperature and humidity-controlled reserve room from the moment the wine is added to our inventory.
However, buyers of older and more fragile wines must make proper allowances for natural variations of ullage and general condition. Wines less than 10 years of age can be assumed to be in generally excellent condition unless otherwise indicated. Corked or otherwise defective bottles must be returned within 6 months of purchase with at least 75% of the wine remaining. Wine purchased after six months may not be returned. Furthermore, as is customary in the retail wine industry, any bottle in excess of 10 years old cannot be returned for any reason and the purchaser assumes all risk.
Weather-related Shipping Policy
Please be advised we do not ship if the temperature is 80 and above or 20 and below. Go to www.weather.com to determine if your area is safe to ship. Please advise us if you would like us to hold your shipment in our temperature-controlled warehouse until it is safe to ship.
All wines are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse, but once they leave our facility we can no longer protect them from weather-related damage. Bremer's Wine and Liquor is not responsible for any wines that are damaged by excessive heat or cold during the shipping process.
Local Pick up
There is no charge for local pickup at our store. Please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your order.
Local Delivery Policy
We are now offering local delivery to the following towns and cities for just $5! Minimum order is $100 for all deliveries. All orders must be received by 3 pm the day prior to our delivery day in order to make the run. We deliver locally to: Clinton, Clark Mills, Deansboro, Franklin Springs and Kirkland , Whitesboro, Clark Mills, Marcy, New York Mills, Oriskany, Westmoreland and Yorkville, New Hartford, Chadwicks, Sauquoit and Washington Mills, Utica and Deerfield, Rome.

Once wine or alcohol leaves our premises we cannot accept it back as per U.S Federal regulations concerning alcoholic products. Claims can only be made on damaged goods.
